CATEX is Ireland's largest hospitality event, bringing more than 200 exhibitors and 11,000 visitors together for a three-day celebration of Irish foodservice. 

​

Avonmore believe that bringing people together can create great things. The Avonmore Creameries Federation was founded in 1966 when 36 smaller co-ops joined forces to form what we now know as Avonmore. The aim was to deliver the finest quality, freshest products without compromise, and to this end the newly formed company established their own milk processing facility in Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny.

Today Avonmore is the #1 milk brand in Ireland. At Catex 2017, Avonmore wanted to create a space that references their founding principles of innovation, freshness and quality without compromise.

Exhibit worked with Avonmore to create the simple and elegant Milk Bar, where visitors could try samples of Avonmore's delicious products.
