El Gringo were established with the aim of making the freshest, healthiest and tastiest burritos. They developed great flavours and recipes with locally sourced ingredients, such as beef and pork from Irish farms and salsas made fresh three times a day in store.

Exhibit created a contemporary and vibrant food unit with a distinctive colour palette and a simple, elegant display style.
