Solvar is a family-owned, Irish company who proudly celebrated 75 years in business in January 2016. Solvar's designs were originally influenced by carvings found on celtic high crosses throughout Ireland. Since then, Solvar's product line has evolved as a contemporary representation of these original influences.

 

"There's much we love about Ireland, its history and its culture and we want to share that with you in our award winning Irish and Celtic inspired jewellery."

 

Exhibit created a striking exhibition space for Solvar at Showcase, Ireland's Creative Expo 2016, which took place in the RDS Dublin. The juxtaposition of Solvar's warm brand colours, historic photography and the modern furniture and wood finishes created a warm, simple and elegant space. The overall effect successfully captured Solvar's history and brand identity. Particular emphasis was placed on the jewellery display design with carefully considered use of lighting. Use of dark or flat colour in the background of the display helped to make the jewellery stand out.
